multiple times per week. - With long term rentals, tenants often overlook small problems, which can turn into very large expensive problems if not immediately taken care of. Our cleaners flag repairs to us on a weekly basis, so a $10 fix won’t become a $1,000 fix!

o We partner with local handymen to fix all issues caused by our guests, effectively and efficiently. - Never worry about finding new tenants again.
o We know how hard it can be when tenants move out. You’ll never have to deal with the buffer period of finding new tenants with us. With our system, we sign a 1-year lease. After a successful year, we will renew for up to 3 years (property depending)! - We aim to create an environment where landlords never have to think about their properties, and just receive a paycheck.
